Once the offer has been accepted :
The Lease will have to be signed within 10 Days maximum after the accepted PL and the Tenant will have to hand over a check or interac transfer representing the first month's rent on the day the Lease is signed between the 2 parties.
4. The tenant is responsible for all rules and expenses related to the move and removal required by the syndicate.

During the lease :

End of lease :
14. At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented. This includes all inclusions of the unit, as well as the normal state of wear of the floor.
15. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the tenant MUST honor ALL requests to visit for all potential new tenants, for which 24 hours notice will be given.
